The Rental Pool
All participating apartments are included in a shared rental pool and managed as part of an integrated hotel product, under uniform operating rules and service standards, under the Grand Hotel Varna brand. The Operator manages the entire rental process. Owners participate in the realised result based on a pre-defined coefficient reflecting the apartment category and the period during which the property is available for rental.
